2015 Baifuzangcang Taichi Chawang

2015 Taichi Chawang – high-end wild tea cake from Hong Kong based boutique brand Baifuzangcang. This one is made with material coming from trees that are thousand years old, or more.

Their tea making philosophy is all about natural, ecological and pollution free process and environment. They even use chemical free printing for their wrappers.

Despite relatively young age it is easy to drink and can handle heavy-handed brewing. Any astringency or bitterness melts away quickly. Lots of savoury florals and cooling on the exhale.

Each cake is approximately 500g. Dry Taiwan storage.

Price of 2022 Taichi Chawang is 24,430 Taiwanese dollars (~$800) per cake.
