2009 Dayi Sapphire Blue 7542 901

2009 Dayi 7542 recipe batch 901 (first batch of 2009), also known as Sapphire Blue, is the most prized 7542 recipe since privatisation of factories post 2005. In fact it is significantly more expensive than years 2008, 2007 and 2006. This is because this batch is thought to be the best 7542 post-reform.

Natural Taiwanese storage that’s leaning towards dry, but with transformation that’s necessary for these factory teas. Very good tea aroma – recommended.
