2009 production from Taiwanese boutique producer Yuan Yuan Tang.

Material in this cake comes from single tea area of Sanheshe in Yiwu.

Very approachable character, with notes of honey and sweetness, caramel huigan, and lots of activity in the mouth.

This tea offers a touch of citrus-like acidity, which acts as counterbalance to overall sweet profile, keeping things more interesting and refreshing.
Very good natural dry storage in Taiwan, progressed aging but without unwanted smells or flavours.
